Tony Nasser
Attorney and Founder
Tony Nasser earned his legal chops as the partner of a Los Angeles-based boutique concentrating on criminal tax defense and complex civil litigation, where he litigated against the largest and most prominent law firms in the country, from San Diego, California, to Wilmington, Delaware. Tony has handled multi-million dollar cases involving complex estates, prominent attorneys, and Fortune 500 companies, and now applies this experience to provide creative estate planning and effective wealth management to his clients. After paying his dues in the high-stakes legal markets, Tony took his practice to Colorado, where his mother’s family homesteaded in the late 1800’s and where has always felt like home.
Prior to his practice, Tony received his law degree from the University of Southern California, where he was the Executive Senior Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and a member of the International Human Rights Clinic, representing human-trafficking victims in Los Angeles. In addition to the law, Tony has studied finance at the University of Central Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude with honors, and has studied international business at the ICN Business School in Nancy, France.
In his free time, Tony enjoys working with his hands, cooking, traveling, and exploring the Rocky Mountains, either in his Jeep, on a mountain bike, or over the snow.
